Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing (some items may require additional time as noted on the product page).

Some rural areas or bulky items may incur additional charges. These charges will be identified in your shopping cart upon purchase.

In the vast majority of cases, shipping times are 1 to 2 business days.

For any damage during shipping, please notify us as soon as possible and write it down on the proof of delivery.

In order to provide the best possible service we use a variety of carriers. Some orders may require a signature upon receipt.

Hazardous products, such as chemicals, cannot be shipped by Canada Post or any other carrier; contact our customer service for details. Refer to the sheet for each product to find out if special conditions apply. These products can be picked up in store.


If the items are new, unused and still in the original packaging, returns for exchange or refund will be accepted without any restocking charge within 30 days of purchase for items belonging to the following categories:

Some products are not eligible for return by their nature. Such as electronics, for which it is impossible to discern whether the product has been used or not, or even if it has been damaged. For this reason and considering that we guarantee that the products sold are genuinely new and unused, we do not accept any returns on goods that do not belong to the aforementioned categories.

Online Shopping

Returns are accepted if they are returned to the store within 30 days of the order ship date, except in the case of one of the exceptions listed above.

Return Modes

Products purchased online can be returned in person to our establishment. However, delivery charges are not refundable.

Returns by mail are also accepted.
