Functioning
The ionizer is a disinfection device composed of two alloy electrodes.
copper and silver. A low intensity direct electric current generates a reaction
electrochemical which releases metallic ions of copper and silver. Then there is
diffusion of these metal ions in the pool to act against microorganisms:
bacteria, viruses, microbes. Copper acts as a binder on micro-organisms and
clarifies water in addition to being an effective algaecide. Silver is a powerful bactericide.
Possibility of adding a chlorine tablet from time to time, for better treatment.

Important
- The system is sensitive to pH variations. It should always stay between 7 and 7.4.
- The copper level must be between 0.2 ppm and 0.5 ppm.
