Sundance 6472-960 Spa Headrest

Original headrest (color Pale gray & dark gray) for 2001-2009 SUNDANCE® Spa OEM 850 & 880 Series 6472-960. The spa pillow comes with the insert : dimensions: 12" x 6.75" and there's 2 holes behind insert to fit nylon screws (sold separately) to fasten to spa shell.
